I’m a Senior Human Resources executive and current HR Director, partnering with CEO and Board on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR-related risk management. I lead and manage a team of HR professionals and oversee HR strategy and operations across six countries—balancing local compliance with cultural adaptability.
Across corporate organizations, financial institutions, NGOs, and multinational environments, I’ve led the setup and transformation of HR functions end-to-end: organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and culture development. I’m also deeply involved in M&A work, leading HR due diligence, workforce risk assessment, and post-acquisition integration planning.
In prior executive roles, I built HR departments from scratch and directed HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding and exit processes. I designed and monitored remuneration/compensation and benefits programs, managed HR function budgets, and implemented digital personnel performance review, talent identification, and personnel engagement events.
My background also includes HR leadership roles focused on governance and compliance—labor law and GDPR implementation, payroll, and complex employee relations cases.
