My role involves ensuring compliance with labor legislation, developing training plans, and implementing employer branding activities that resonate with our clients' needs.

Throughout my career, I have held various HR roles, including HR & HSE Manager and HR Officer, where I have successfully managed recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations. My strategic approach to HR has led to the successful implementation of performance appraisal systems and learning and development plans, significantly enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
