I’m a product and business leader with 14+ years at the intersection of digital banking, payments, fraud prevention, customer protection and digital trust. I help companies reduce fraud losses while improving customer experience, balancing security, growth and regulatory requirements.
Throughout my career I’ve led cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Customer Support. I build and run customer protection strategies across mobile and online banking channels, turning regulatory and payment-system requirements into practical security and journey improvements.
As Head of Digital Security & Customer Protection at VTB Bank (2018–2024), I delivered measurable outcomes: 48% reduction in customers affected by fraud, 44% reduction in customer complaints, 23% reduction in contact center requests, and +5 NPS improvement. I also strengthened security controls while improving payment risk management and fraud attack performance.
Today, I’m open to remote or hybrid international opportunities in fintech, payments, digital platforms and trust & safety teams.
