Within 2 weeks of joining, took ownership of release smoke and regression testing across all m10 teams and signed off app store releases. Maintained Allure TestOps; used Datadog, BrowserStack and GitHub Actions for incident analysis and release checks. Found 52 UX issues through exploratory testing.

Owned end-to-end QA for a microservices-based DSP/RTB platform: API, integration, performance, security and data integrity testing. Helped double average CPM by validating segmentation and targeting. Enabled releases within 24 hours through risk-based testing and mentored a junior specialist. Role ended due to team downsizing.

Owned end-to-end quality for a decentralized application built on ERC-20, covering smart contract interaction and Web and Mobile clients. Reduced customer support tickets to near-zero by implementing comprehensive testing across smart contract integration, wallet connectivity, security, UX/UI, compatibility, and localization.

Untangled post-acquisition delivery across mortgage product teams, diagnosing bottlenecks and driving process fixes.

Led the development of an article recommendation engine and view-counter optimization. Delivered the Future Jobs Web3 job portal from inception to launch and directed the development of AI content generation prompts that reduced editorial workload.

Implemented a Scrum framework from scratch, optimized Jira workflows, established an end-to-end user technical support flow, and systematized operations, improving delivery predictability and response times.

Managed the rollout of a new ATM/terminal interface integrated with the Unified Front-End System across all branches nationwide. Led production releases for the Payments module of the flagship mobile app and launched a new teller-workstation application for individual payments and transfers.

Built QA from scratch for My Payments (Digital Project of the Year, 2020) and launched the Payment Gateway as sole QA. Owned testing for the Unified Payment System; introduced Scrum Master practices and performed system analysis. Contributed to a patented payment technology and received 2 formal commendations from Sberbank executives.

Ensured quality of the rollout of the Central Bank of Russia's next-generation interbank payment system, including clearing, settlement, liquidity management, and ISO 20022. Analyzed release composition for consistency and validated test run results, enabling faster release cycles.

At Aplana Software (now IBS QA Solutions), owned IQOS CRM/web relaunch QA as sole tester, with zero post-release customer complaints. Tested Sberbank's Unified Payment System; team won Best Team award 3 times. Sole QA for its Monitoring integration (10M+ daily events, 200K peak/sec); received Herman Gref's personal written commendation.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, valid from 2019 to 2021.
