Throughout my career, I have supported operational environments by ensuring accurate administrative work and effective coordination among people from diverse backgrounds. I’m known for converting listening into action—whether that means turning inquiries into enrollments or keeping day-to-day operations running reliably.

At Hurey Co., Ltd., I worked as a Sales Representative, introducing free trial lessons and converting parent consultations into enrollment contracts. I conducted 150–200 door-to-door visits per day, supported school-opening campaigns, and proposed learning plans and teaching materials based on customer needs.

At Itty Japan Co., Ltd., I served as School Manager / English Instructor, coordinating communication between Japanese and foreign instructors. I managed learning progress for approximately 70 students, handled parent consultations, conducted English lessons for children aged 2–12, and designed lesson materials and seasonal events.

At Hitotsubashi Hospital, I worked as a Medical Administrative Assistant, handling outpatient reception, insurance verification, questionnaire collection, and examination and emergency transport data entry. I maintained a zero-error record in examination and emergency transport data entry and earned trust from colleagues by providing reliable support across departments.
