Role Overview
As a Junior Training Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our training and development initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of e-learning technologies and multimedia tools
- Ability to analyze training metrics and use data to drive improvements
- Experience with creating engaging training content in various formats
