Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Training and Development to lead our organization in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This pivotal role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives, enhance employee performance, and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a holistic training strategy that supports employee engagement, retention, and career progression.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these needs.
- Oversee the design and delivery of training content, ensuring it is relevant, impactful, and aligned with the company’s mission and values.
- Foster partnerships with external training providers and industry experts to enhance our training offerings.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven analysis and feedback mechanisms, making continuous improvements as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, etc.).
- Experience in a rapidly scaling organization, with a focus on creating scalable training solutions.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and analysis tools to assess training effectiveness.
