- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate training environment
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CPTD)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting
- Experience with virtual training tools and platforms
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
