Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Job Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies. You'll work closely with experienced trainers and department leaders to ensure that our training initiatives align with organizational goals and foster professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing training materials and programs for new and existing employees
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing support and resources to participants
- Gather feedback from trainees and trainers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
- Maintain training records and track progress to ensure compliance and effectiveness of training programs
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and resources
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by providing essential training and orientation
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in training, development, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate training environment
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with online training tools and methodologies
