Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in instructional design or training facilitation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate training environment
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Ability to create engaging training content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Basic knowledge of e-learning platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with data analysis tools for evaluating training effectiveness
