Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Training to lead our global training initiatives and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development. In this pivotal role, you will architect comprehensive training programs that enhance employee performance, drive organizational success, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy.
Preferred:
- Experience in a rapidly growing organization or startup environment.
- Advanced degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development frameworks.
- Understanding of project management methodologies to effectively lead training initiatives.
