Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Training and Development to lead our talent development initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in training and development, organizational development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and training methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a leadership role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in utilizing various e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI using data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with virtual training technologies and remote learning best practices.
