Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Histotechnology, Biology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in histology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Certification as a Histotechnologist (ASCP HT/HTL) is required
- Strong knowledge of histological techniques, including embedding, sectioning, and staining
- Proven track record of implementing quality assurance protocols and laboratory standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with digital pathology and advanced imaging techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
