Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of geriatric syndromes and care models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring technologies
- Published research or case studies in the field of gerontology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Understanding of clinical assessment tools specific to geriatric populations
