Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Gerontology
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure and certification in gerontological nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in geriatric care or a related field
- Strong knowledge of geriatric pharmacology and common age-related health conditions
Preferred:
- Experience in a primary care or long-term care setting
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Active involvement in professional organizations related to gerontology
