We’re seeking an Implementation Manager to join us.
As an Implementation Manager, you will act as a key contributor within the implementation process. You will interface with a number of different departments which may include technology, operations, and client services to ensure the client implementation goals are set and met, including on-going client facing support for our various applications.
What you'll do:
- Create detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete implementations
- Develop a schedule for implementation completion; review the implementation schedule with leadership and all other team members who will be affected by the implementation activities; revise the schedule as required
- Working with leadership, determine the objectives and measures upon which the implementation will be evaluated at its completion
- Establish a communication schedule to update team members including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the implementation
- Execute implementations according to the implementation plan
- Work with implementation specialist to ensure proper system set up and functionality for each client
- Appropriately document implementation activities
- Manage the progress of the implementation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the implementation
- Effectively communicate with clients at each stage of implementation and provide on-going client support on our applications
- Ensure that the implementation deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
- Engage operational departments to adjust client set up for existing clients
- Support current client base with new or existing implementation needs
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring to Zotec:
- Strong presentation skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with multiple levels within the organization
- Project management experience preferred
- Revenue cycle management industry experience preferred
- Works well managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to do what it takes to meet deadlines
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or Business Management
