About the Team:

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Corporate Compliance Prevention Management team (GCCP) to support our compliance management system, providing strong support to our compliance systems with a focus on the compliance communication program. The position has global responsibilities. Open in multiple locations or possibly fully remote.

What you can look forward to as Compliance Communication Specialist (m/f/d):

• Design and implement a formal compliance communication strategy that includes creation and roll out of compliance content
• Research and write content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters, as well as ZF group reports
• Work with key internal stakeholders to align on and develop content ideas and communication campaigns with the ultimate goal to strengthen the company compliance tone and culture
• Coordinate with Divisions, Business Units, Corporate Functions, and other compliance personnel to ensure a uniform, aligned and sufficient level of compliance communication throughout the organization
• Interface with functional groups inside and outside the compliance organization to ensure the compliance communication program – content and methods – meet legal and company objectives
• Continuously monitor and improve the compliance communication program
• Communication with other compliance functions and initiatives with the general objective to meet legal compliance standards and mitigate liability to the ZF Group, its entities and staff, including Executive Management
• Support other compliance management system functions and initiatives with the general objective to meet legal compliance standards and mitigate liability to the ZF Group, its entities and staff, including Executive Management

Your profile as Compliance Communication Specialist (m/f/d):

• Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in communications strategy development, ideally with a focus on compliance, or comparable experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate legal concepts in plain, action-oriented language
• Experience with adult learning methodologies and principles of instructional design
• Strong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English
