IT Project Analyst

For our international team IT Project Management Office we are looking for 2 new colleagues who will work as Project Office in prioritized, large and complex projects. A Project Office provides valuable services ranging from administration to project management expertise for one particular project. Project Office conducts operational project management tasks to support the Project Manager.

Tasks:

• Conducts operational project management tasks to support the project manager of prioritized, large or complex projects, especially M&A projects
• Supports international and interdisciplinary projects of any kind and size
• Covers the back of the project manager by executing day-to-day project management tasks
• Serves as central node for all project stakeholders in terms of information and communication management
• Setting-up and maintaining PM tools for one particular project and initiates improvements to increase efficiency of tool landscape
• Takes care of financial project controlling such as creating purchase requisitions, controlling budget, manage external procurement, evaluate invoices
• Updating project plans; creating status reports; tracking risks;
• Moderates project team meetings and workshops

Profile:

• Successfully completed bachelor studies (minimum) – preferable in IT, Business Information, Project Management;
• 2 years’ experience in project management, preferably with M&A projects;
• Experience in coordination & support functions;
• Very high ability to work result-oriented and independent;
• Very good analytical skills, high abstraction ability and quick comprehension skills;
• Strong communication skills with competent appearance and customer orientation;
• Hands-on mindset, mental flexibility, adaptability;
• Ability to work responsibly in a challenging environment;
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish, both written and spoken
