Cross Digitalization Services Specialist

Actively support business to digitalize operations, provide deep understanding of IT technologies, tools and solutions and partner in their implementations.

Tasks:

• Drive business process automation and digitalization by using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate);
• Design and develop Business or IT report/dashboard in PowerBI;
• Partners with business to improve productivity and quality through the usage of digital solutions;
• Analyzes possibilities and benefits resulting from digitalization and application of new solutions;
• Advises improvements in processes and application of digital solutions;
• Coordinates implementation with Global IT and IT providers;
• Promotes citizen development, advises in best choice of tools and architectures;
• Defines possibilities resulting from an application of new solutions to the required improvements;
• Determines best available technologies and IT products;
• Initiates security related assessments of the considered solutions

Profile:

• At least bachelor degree in Information Technology or related fields;
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents), or other digital process automation tools (i.e. webcon)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Good understanding and also has passion on learning business processes
• Any programing language (i.e. Python, R) is a plus
