👉 Who we are

We’re a fully remote team of 50+ people building the market leading design system platform 🚀 We are a “remote-first” and there’s no requirement for anyone to come into our London co-working space on a regular basis - more details on what remote-first looks like

zeroheight enables companies to document, maintain and scale their design systems – all in one central hub. Here is an example of Uber's design system site built with zeroheight. Join us on our mission to enable every product team in the world to ship magical user experiences 10x faster than today!

This role will report directly into our Head of Sales. In terms of the revenue org, we have established Sales, CS, Marketing, Operations and Data teams, alongside dedicated CS Ops support and a Marketing Ops manager, but in terms of RevOps as a function - we are looking to take this to the next level. This is a pivotal role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and scale the RevOps function from its early stages, making a direct impact on our growth trajectory.

👈 Who you are

You’re an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, having supported and aided the revenue function in achieving revenue goals by aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to maximise revenue growth and efficiency. You’ve experienced and enjoy building and owning a RevOps function and you’ll have experience in both an established and starting from scratch environment.

📝 What you’ll do

As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own all of Revenue Operations and have the following key responsibilities:

🔧 Sales and Customer Success Operations

  • Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure
  • Partner with and support CS Ops to analyse customer data and processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement for Customer Success Managers and Account Managers

📊 Reporting, Data Integrity, and Insights

  • Design and develop dashboards and reporting to enable and inform stakeholders and individual contributors within the revenue org
  • Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting for OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board and team meetings
  • Maintain data integrity within our revenue tool stack
  • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure data consistency and be a key contributor to the annual planning and modelling process

🛠️ Technology and Tool Management

  • Manage and support the revenue technology stack, including but not limited to HubSpot, Planhat, Amplemarket, Gong, Fireflies, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Juro
  • Discover, research, implement, and optimise new tools to support revenue operations
  • Ensure all systems are integrated and functioning properly to support seamless data flow and accurate reporting, collaborating cross-functionally with teams managing critical tools such as HubSpot

🚀 Process Improvement and Innovation

  • Optimise revenue team workflows and tools to enhance productivity and optimise performance metrics
  • Remain educated on revenue operations trends and best practices to optimise personal, team, and company efficiency
  • Continuously discover, recommend, and implement improvements to make the revenue organisation more efficient, particularly leveraging AI and tooling

📚 Knowledge Management and Enablement

  • Document procedures, guidelines and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding of new team members

⚙️ Skills/experience we believe you’ll need

If you don’t quite tick all these boxes but think you’ll be a great fit, we encourage you to apply anyway:

  • 5+ years in Data/Revenue/Sales Operations roles
  • Experience working for a SaaS business and ideally in an early stage environment
  • Deep understanding of Hubspot
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex revenue data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management capabilities to lead initiatives and drive process improvements and just as happy getting stuck into the details to make things run smoothly
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders, including senior management
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business success

💪 Bonus skills

It would be great if you also tick some of these boxes:

  • Experience with any of the below tools:
    • Amplemarket
    • Gong
    • Data enrichment tools (we are mostly using Apollo but experimenting with other tools currently like Insycle and Hubspot)
    • Other data tools (we mostly use Hex)
    • Other outbound prospecting tools
  • Experience contributing to the build and scale of an outbound pipeline creation motion

Our mission

We're building the world's first DesignOps company.

DesignOps tools enable companies to design and develop user experiences in a much more systematic way and deliver high quality UX 10x faster – our mission is to enable this on a global scale!

We've built a design system documentation product people love and thanks to this we've grown through word-of-mouth to 1000+ customers including multiple Fortune 100s. We're the market leader in our category, grew 3.5x in 2020 and have the backing of world-class investors like Y Combinator and Adobe. But design system documentation is just the beginning... we're now perfectly positioned to become the leader in DesignOps and transform how products are built. That's why we're expanding to the Bay Area in 2021 to fulfil our ambition of being a truly global company 🚀 🌍

Life at zeroheight

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 We're a rapidly growing team of 11 friendly peeps (and counting!)

🇬🇧 🇺🇸 We're expanding to the SF / Bay Area in 2021 to fulfil our ambition of being a global company – this is something we're super excited about!

🤸‍♂️ We have a flexible work-from-home culture and offer flexible working hours – we value ownership and judge people by what they deliver, not how many hours we see each other in the office (pre, mid and post pandemic!)

🎨 We're super design-driven – we think outstanding design gives companies a competitive advantage so we take a lot of pride in the product we're building and listen very carefully to what our users want

🌱 Like many companies, we're all working remotely right now but during normal times our UK team is based in a lovely co-working space in London called Second Home – it's a unique, inspiring place with many, many plants, curved walls and a lovely community of people. And it has showers! We can't wait to go back :) SF / Bay Area location TBD!

🌮 We often eat lunch together (again, during normal times!)

😂 We're pretty light-hearted and don't take ourselves very seriously (we still do this despite being remote :P)

😴 We avoid long and/or unnecessary meetings and value asynchronous communication and uninterrupted periods of deep work to get things done

🎉 It's easy to always focus on the problem that's around the corner despite making great progress, so we make sure to celebrate small wins!
