We're building the world's first DesignOps company.

DesignOps tools enable companies to design and develop user experiences in a much more systematic way and deliver high quality UX 10x faster – our mission is to enable this on a global scale!

We've built a design system documentation product people love and thanks to this we've grown through word-of-mouth to 1000+ customers including multiple Fortune 100s. We're the market leader in our category, grew 3.5x in 2020 and have the backing of world-class investors like Y Combinator and Adobe. But design system documentation is just the beginning... we're now perfectly positioned to become the leader in DesignOps and transform how products are built. That's why we're expanding to the Bay Area in 2021 to fulfil our ambition of being a truly global company 🚀 🌍

🤸‍♂️ We have a flexible work-from-home culture and offer flexible working hours – we value ownership and judge people by what they deliver, not how many hours we see each other in the office (pre, mid and post pandemic!)

🎨 We're super design-driven – we think outstanding design gives companies a competitive advantage so we take a lot of pride in the product we're building and listen very carefully to what our users want

🌱 Like many companies, we're all working remotely right now but during normal times our UK team is based in a lovely co-working space in London called Second Home – it's a unique, inspiring place with many, many plants, curved walls and a lovely community of people. And it has showers! We can't wait to go back :) SF / Bay Area location TBD!

🌮 We often eat lunch together (again, during normal times!)

😂 We're pretty light-hearted and don't take ourselves very seriously (we still do this despite being remote :P)

😴 We avoid long and/or unnecessary meetings and value asynchronous communication and uninterrupted periods of deep work to get things done
