Position: Product Manager

Location: New York (Hybrid 2 - 3 days a week) or fully remote

XEN is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role will be integral to our business expansion efforts. As we progress, we are keen to collaborate with professionals who are experts in their fields, aspire to develop their careers with us, and are potential future leaders. This role will report directly to the CTO.

  • Strong written communication: You can craft comprehensive Design Documents (Spikes) with clear product requirements.

  • Proven track record: You have a history of developing outstanding products, keeping strong design principles in mind.

  • Attention to detail: You possess a keen eye for detail and can bring clarity to vague and ambiguous situations.

  • We care about; Humility, empathy, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, commitment to high quality and high velocity work.

Additional qualifications (in order of importance):

  • Experience with leading PreSprint Planning and Sprint Planning.

  • Familiarity with Project Management Software (Jira, Confluence).

  • Basic understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

  • Basic knowledge of Figma.
