Position: Product Manager
Location: New York (Hybrid 2 - 3 days a week) or fully remote
XEN is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role will be integral to our business expansion efforts. As we progress, we are keen to collaborate with professionals who are experts in their fields, aspire to develop their careers with us, and are potential future leaders. This role will report directly to the CTO.

Additional qualifications (in order of importance):
Experience with leading PreSprint Planning and Sprint Planning.
Familiarity with Project Management Software (Jira, Confluence).
Basic understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Basic knowledge of Figma.
