We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager who will champion and foster a positive and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in business or a related discipline, current Payroll Manager (PLP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation, and senior level experience in full cycle payroll processing.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline
- Current Payroll Manager (PLP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation
- Senior level experience in full cycle payroll processing
- Payroll processing for all Provinces in Canada
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll including Federal and Provincial Employment Standards and payroll-related regulations across all Provincial jurisdictions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, v-look ups)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Self-direction, motivation, and ability to work well with others
- Exceptional communication skills. You are a skilled listener, fact finder, communicator, presenter.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, business acumen, and practical experience to guide decisions.
