They are building a disruptive, next-generation e-commerce experience for shopping makeup online by creating cutting-edge digital products and combining the worlds of e-commerce and social media.
They have more than 250 employees, in NYC, Tel-Aviv, Ukraine, and Serbia. The tech team in Kyiv includes 40 smart & talented Software Engineers & QAs.
Requirements:
- 1-1.5 years of QA experience in a formal testing environment, with web solutions, e-commerce applications, preferably with Magento
- Must understand modern testing methodologies
- Have strong test strategy development skills, including the creation of test plans, test cases, other testing documentation with or without a specification document
- Knowledge of SQL (basic level)
- Good technical knowledge of web application specifics
- Good knowledge of different web browser specifics
- Good spoken and written communication skills (English - at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, good team player
Preferred Requirements:
- Automation QA experience
Responsibilities:
- Build a test strategy, plan testing activities, create and maintain testing documentation
- Test the developed applications according to the requirements, specifications, and other project documentation
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, and inconsistencies in software
- Work very closely with Engineering in remediating defects
