You Will Own
- 1. Application & API Integrations
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between internal apps and external platforms
- Create modular integration frameworks for consistent cross-product usage
- Collaborate with product and AI engineers to design integration architectures aligning with business needs
- Build reusable SDKs and microservices for common integration patterns
- Maintain strong documentation to ensure stable and scalable integration workflows
- 2. Automation & Reliability
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure uptime and performance
- Automate workflows that reduce manual data processing across systems
- Work on security, authentication, and data consistency across applications
- Identify opportunities to improve integration speed, reliability, and maintainability

Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Integrations Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Engineer focusing on API-based systems.
- Core Stack: MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- APIs: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, and general API communication protocols.
- Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript; Python experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to understand, interpret, and implement 3rd-party API documentation quickly.
- Prior experience integrating B2B SaaS tools like ServiceNow, Clio, HubSpot, or healthcare APIs.
- Familiarity with async data flows, error handling, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
- Experience using Git and working with modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior exposure to building or integrating large-scale web platforms and understanding modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony)
- Experience with Cursor AI or rapid development tools
