Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
