Requirements

  • Set and drive the strategy for post-purchase operations
  • Translate insights from operational data and user interactions into priorities, roadmaps, and initiatives
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution
  • Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders
  • Continuously assess operational performance
