Product Counsel

We are seeking a Product Counsel who will be a key legal partner to our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams, providing guidance on regulatory, consumer protection, and IP compliance matters, and shaping how Welltech innovates responsibly.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (EU, or equivalent) with 4-6 years of experience, with some in-house experience at a tech or digital consumer company
• Experience with evolving global regulations with a strong focus on the EU and the US
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, digital products, and regulatory frameworks affecting product design and marketing
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing product and marketing decisions at scale
• Skilled at giving practical, risk-balanced legal advice under tight timelines
• A builder’s mindset, you love structure but can also thrive in ambiguity
• Familiarity with global subscription models, health tech, or wellness products is a plus
• A team player with high EQ and a natural curiosity for how products work
