Welltech is seeking a CRM Technical Specialist to help scale and support CRM operations across their apps, driving deliverability and inbox placement best practices, and improving CRM infrastructure and data flows.
Requirements
- Drive deliverability and inbox placement best practices
- Act as main technical point of contact for CRM team
- Own and improve CRM infrastructure, integrations, and data flows
- Manage and prioritise technical backlog
- Support technical CRM initiatives
- Ensure high standards of campaign QA
- Create and maintain clear documentation
- Research and propose new tools and AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders
