Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development (Python):
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend services using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently.
• Optimize performance and scalability of backend services.
• Frontend Development (ReactJS):
• Develop interactive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS.
• Ensure high-performance UI components and reusable code for future use.
• Work with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) to enhance application efficiency.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Fullstack Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build high-quality applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ReactJS.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Knowledge of database systems – PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
