We are looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle R12 ERP Financial modules. This role requires deep expertise in financial processes and system configurations, combined with strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML Publisher. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle R12 ERP Financial Expertise:
  Bring a minimum of 4 years of experience working with Oracle R12 ERP, specifically in key Financial modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• System Configuration:
  Possess strong functional knowledge of out-of-the-box Oracle R12 setups and configurations, enabling you to support and enhance financial operations effectively.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Develop and maintain reports and customizations using SQL, PL/SQL, and XML Publisher.
• End-User Support:
  Deliver exceptional customer service to finance users, providing guidance and resolving system-related issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, users, and leadership, ensuring smooth information flow and issue resolution.
