Job Description
Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (sending and receiving financial institutions, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to Visa accounts around the world using push payment technology. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfers, person to micro-business transfers (e.g. payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claim disbursements), and more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than 80 trillion of payment volume globally.
We are seeking a Manager of Technology and Knowledge Enablement to lead the strategic and operational management of Visa Direct’s knowledge management platform and related sales enablement learning initiatives. This role blends project management, content governance, and digital learning systems expertise to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions that support business readiness, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in training technology, backend systems, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for driving clarity and alignment across global teams.
Essential Functions
Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of Visa Direct’s knowledge management platform, including content review and approval, site and page development, ensuring intuitive navigation and alignment with business priorities.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across functional areas by designing and creating job aids, how-to guides, and governance documentation to promote adoption and accountability of platform governance
Act as cross functional project manager for multiple initiatives led by the L&D team, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment, managing dependencies across all functions
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communications for content migrations, audits, and new L&D rollouts.
Streamline and optimize workflows by identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and implementing scalable solutions that improve team productivity and reduce manual effort.
Manage backend logistics for regularly scheduled live presentations, including calendar invites, video editing, and post-event publishing.
Administer SharePoint environments to maintain content structure, permissions, and usability.
Partner with IT and platform teams to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor content usage, training effectiveness, and content performance within knowledge management platform and LMS.
Provide regular reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Apply instructional design principles to support the creation of learning assets for engaging learning experiences.
Collaborating with SMEs, content owners, and communications leads to align content with business goals.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
-5+ years of experience in training, technology, and program management roles.
-Proven success collaborating with global teams and delivering enterprise-wide technology rollouts.
-Project management experience
-Expertise in SharePoint, LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Suite).
-Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
-Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
-Curiosity to understand the business
-Proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels
-Ability to set priorities and manage expectations while working as part of a team or independently
-Proficient with MS Power Automate and Power Apps
-Experience in the payments industry
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800 to 191,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
