They are now looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to support their growing team. The role focuses on hands on campaign setup, optimisation, tracking, and reporting, while the onshore Paid Ads Specialist manages strategy, client communication, and high value decision making.

Job or Role Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (Offshore Scope)
- Set up and build campaigns in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Conduct daily optimisation, including bid adjustments, budget pacing, and audience refinement.
- Manage ad testing, A/B variants, and performance comparisons.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and spend pacing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with graphs, screenshots, and commentary drafts.
- Support audience research, keyword discovery, and competitive checks.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Confident managing campaign builds, optimisations, and testing workflows.
- Comfortable following strategic direction provided through briefs, SOPs, or Loom walkthroughs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and flag issues.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working with clear KPIs.
