This is a remote position.
- Manage communication channels, including email, phone calls, and virtual platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Send appointment reminders to clients and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Answer calls and provide virtual support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining organization and accuracy in all correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate basic reports to track client interactions and business metrics.
- Proactively contact clients to gather feedback on our services and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Edit videos and post content to YouTube, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence on the platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role, preferably with exposure to marketing coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Exposure to the therapy world or related industries is preferred, with a basic understanding of therapist entrepreneurship.
- Familiarity with virtual communication platforms and office software, including Go High Level is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing software and experience managing YouTube channels is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
