Tu misión:
Como Inside Sales Representative en Teya, serás responsable del ciclo de venta completo, desde el primer contacto hasta la activación del merchant:

  • Contactar con emprendedores y comercios en España, inspirándolos a modernizar la forma en que aceptan pagos con Teya.

  • Gestionar todo el proceso de venta end-to-end: contacto inicial, negociación, onboarding y activación.

  • Construir relaciones de confianza con los merchants y acompañarlos durante todo el proceso.

  • Comunicar con seguridad el valor de Teya y cómo nuestras soluciones ayudan a hacer crecer sus negocios.

  • Ofrecer una experiencia de cliente excelente, garantizando una activación rápida y sencilla.

  • Alcanzar y superar de forma constante los objetivos de venta individuales y de equipo.

  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing, onboarding y soporte para asegurar un proceso fluido y eficiente.

Qué buscamos:

  • Experiencia consolidada en Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Contact Center con gestión de pipeline y targets.

  • Fuerte mentalidad comercial, ownership y enfoque a resultados.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de objeciones.

  • Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía en entornos dinámicos y de alto rendimiento.

  • Español nativo e inglés B2 o mayor.

  • Experiencia con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) y herramientas digitales
