The Senior Project Manager will lead a multi-year CRM harmonisation initiative across Water Tech, consolidating multiple existing platforms into a single, unified future platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project by managing all phases from discovery and gap analysis through to planning and execution, while maintaining strict control over schedule, budget, and deliverables. Stakeholder management will encompass a delivery team across business teams as well as multiple domains including Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance and Services.
The senior PM will be assisted by an IT coordinator, effectively acting as a single source of contact and managing the IT delivery team.
Strong data governance principles will be applied for the future, unified platform to support the Group' vision of being large-scale AI-ready by 2027 as part of the Green Up plan.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of the CRM harmonisation project, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee discovery phases to assess current CRM platforms, processes, and data structures across the organization, with the support of functional delivery team members such as business analysts.
Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining short, medium, and long-term actions, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, multiple functions (finance, compliance, supply chain), and possibly external partners, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and executive reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage chances and risks of interdependencies with other applications, platforms and tools, as multiple other initiatives may be ongoing at the same time (OneWebsite, OneMarketingAuto, OneNPS, OneERP etc.).
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Own and manage the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of all phases and tasks.
Take full responsibility for the project budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenditures.

Location: Preferred locations are the US (close to Trevose) or Europe (close to Paris).

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
● Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale CRM or enterprise platform consolidation projects.
● Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-year projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
● Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data migration, and process harmonisation best practices.
● Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with a track record of successful project delivery.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
● Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall,Smartsheet, Jira).
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
