About VA MASTERS
VA MASTERS is a virtual assistant agency founded in 2021 and led from Tel Aviv by Founder & CEO Alon Pearl. We have placed 1,000+ Filipino virtual assistants with businesses in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe, across admin, customer support, sales and lead generation, marketing, bookkeeping and e-commerce roles.
Since Jan 2025 we have reviewed 166,000+ applications. Every role goes through a six-stage recruitment process with a custom skills test, and candidates are presented within 2 business days.
Our team of about 30 people works across recruitment, finance, analytics, operations and development, spread across several countries and fully remote. We focus on structure, clear ownership and real support after the hire. AI is used for first-pass sorting; people make the decisions.
