Department Overview: | The UW Department of Ob-Gyn plays a pivotal role in advancing reproductive health through our tireless efforts in clinical excellence, education, discovery, and advocacy. As part of the communications and multimedia team, the Communications Student Assistant will support internal and external communications efforts focused on the Department of Ob-Gyn’s research, education, and outreach goals. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: | Writing: In consultation with Communications Manager, the student communications assistant will write and edit articles for department newsletter and website, research and draft stories about the Department of Ob-Gyn, support production of the department's internal newsletter, and more. Student communications assistant may also write, gather and create engaging content for the department’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. |
