Paid parental leave
ShipBob offers up to 12 weeks of paid leave and 2 weeks of unpaid leave to new parents. Hourly Associates are eligible to receive $250 monthly for childcare. India team members are eligible for 26 weeks of maternity leave and 2 weeks of paternity leave.
Generous vacation
Employees in India are eligible for 12 days of all purpose leave, 15 days of earned leave, 3 days of bereavement leave, and 12 public holidays. We also offer a PTO accrual program for hourly team members. In addition, all salaried employees are eligible for 1 wellness day per quarter.
