Unibuddy was born out of frustration in trying to make a university choice. Prospectuses and websites all blurred together, and the founder needed insight that would show what a university really had to offer. Founded in 2015, Unibuddy is an EdTech company that provides a student engagement platform for higher education institutions. The platform connects prospective and current students with university ambassadors through chat, community, and AI-powered tools, helping students make more informed decisions about their higher education journey.

We're rewriting the script, reimagining how universities, schools, and colleges recruit their future students. We've served over one million students to date, facilitated more than 15 million messages, and partnered with over 500 institutions worldwide. Our mission is to help 10 million students navigate their higher education journey, because we believe that no one should have to make life's biggest decisions alone. The platform boosts enrollment by building trust and confidence through scalable peer-to-peer and community engagement, generating unique real-time insights to help higher education institutions understand student behavior and optimize their recruitment strategy.
