Under Armour is seeking a Contract Sr. Recruiter - Design & Creative to join their team in a 6-month assignment. This role focuses on recruiting top creative talent in Product Design and Brand Creative, partnering with design leadership and driving a strong pipeline of diverse candidates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the design industry and be a proactive communicator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience, OR 9+ years of relevant work experience without a degree.
- Proven track record recruiting in a design/creative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches.
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, portfolio review, and design-specific sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
- Experience recruiting across both product design (apparel, footwear, graphics) and brand creative (marketing, content, digital design).
- LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS/Boolean training, or similar sourcing certifications.
- Knowledge of the global design talent market, industry trends, and creative networks.
