The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader in change management and continuous improvement to join our organization. The Financial Systems and Process Change Lead role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing communication, and overseeing the entire change management process to minimize disruptions and maximize the effectiveness of financial systems. They will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing change management and continuous improvement plans to ensure successful adoption and tracking of financial programs, systems, and processes. The position will also create metrics and dashboards to track and measure continuous improvement in Finance and Accounting processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the impact of system and process changes on people, processes, and technology.
  • Develop communication and training programs to support adoption of system enhancements and F&A process changes to ensure they are effectively communicated, understood, and embraced by all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and transparent communication between project teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve financial / organizational change strategies.
  • Assess and measure the impact of program changes and initiatives and recommend solutions to mitigate risks and improve outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and teams to facilitate program change and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate training to support change initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of program change management efforts with departmental / organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of program development, changes and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined and standardized processes.
  • Utilize process and data mapping to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of current processes.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between teams to break down silos and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, communications, business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and process improvement with a focus on leading change management in complex organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong understanding of change management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in facilitating large training sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resistance to change.
  • Preferred experience in implementing WalkMe software as a training tool
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies is desirable.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:

Compensation Range is Generally +/- 15% of Position Mid-Point of $121,000
* The salary displayed represents the middle of a range. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
