At WelbeHealth, we're driven by a deep-seated mission to transform the lives of our most vulnerable seniors, enabling them to thrive and live with greater connection, vitality, and meaning. We were founded in 2015 by physicians who envisioned a world where every individual, regardless of age or health challenges, can participate fully in their communities until their final days. Our approach is rooted in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a comprehensive model that integrates all aspects of medical and social services. This means we coordinate everything from primary and specialist medical care, dental services, and physical and occupational therapy, to transportation for appointments, meal provisions, and engaging social activities. We believe in a holistic view of well-being, addressing not just the physical health needs but also the social determinants that impact our participants' lives.

Our commitment extends beyond just providing services; it's about fostering a culture of 'Courage to Love.' This core value guides how we interact with our participants, their families, and each other. We strive to create an environment where every person feels uniquely cared for and valued. As a Public Benefit Company (PBC), a status we proudly adopted in June 2022, we are the first and only PACE provider to make this formal commitment. This means we hold ourselves to a higher standard of transparency and accountability, ensuring our mission and purpose are at the forefront of every decision. We are dedicated to improving the lives of older adults through these fully integrated services, creating meaningful job opportunities where our team members can serve a cause greater than themselves, and enriching communities by empowering our elders to live longer, more connected lives.
