We're hiring a Recruiter to help build an exceptional team at Tremendous, a global platform for businesses to send payouts to anyone, anywhere. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing high-caliber candidates, and partnering with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles.

Requirements

  • Startup operating experience (3+ years) - people or business operations backgrounds preferred
  • Drive to learn and eagerness to become a talent market expert
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where you've had to figure things out
  • Strong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture)
  • Comfort picking up new recruiting software and tools as needed (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
