About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Sales Associate to join our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to grow their sales and client communication skills. You will support outbound and inbound sales activities while working closely with the team to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries and respond professionally via phone, email, or chat
  • Build rapport with potential clients and clearly explain our services
  • Update and manage lead information in the CRM
  • Support the sales team with scheduling calls, follow-ups, and basic reporting
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate information

Requirements

  • Must be based in the National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and willing to learn
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Previous sales, customer service, or call-handling experience is a plus but not required
