  • Process B2B wireline orders (Internet, VoIP) using AT&T's Quote & Order Tool and Sales Express via the AT&T Partner Portal
  • Handle mobility orders (iPhones, iPads for business accounts) through OPUS
  • Create accurate quotes and submit orders within AT&T's VPN environment
  • Coordinate with sales teams via chat and email to move orders from close to fulfillment quickly
  • Track order statuses and flag issues proactively to avoid bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AT&T ordering systems including Quote & Order Tool, Sales Express, and/or OPUS (recent experience strongly preferred)
  • Prior employment or contractor work at AT&T or an AT&T authorized reseller/master agent
  • Familiarity with AT&T's B2B product lines including wireline (Internet, VoIP) and/or mobility (iPhone/iPad for business)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly with high order volumes
  • Comfortable communicating via chat and email; phone availability when needed (minimal)
  • Available for Full-Time
