Job Summary

The A360 Transformation Program Manager is accountable for enterprise-level orchestration of the A360 program. This role ensures integrated planning, dependency management, risk visibility, and executive alignment across all workstreams while enabling delivery, product, and agile leaders to operate effectively within their lanes.

  • Own the end-to-end program view across all A360 workstreams

  • Drive integrated planning and sequencing

  • Provide clear, decision-ready insights to executives and steering forums

  • Act as the single point of accountability for program-level risk, issue, and escalation management

  • Ensure alignment across Agile and external partners

Skills and background You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience in lieu of degree

Experience:

  • 10+ years of project & program management experience is required with 5 years of exposure to budget and reporting

  • 5 years of experience managing vendors

  • Proven success having built organizational capacity models as well as building a centralized pipeline management model to give visibility to work that is planned to come in

  • Proven ability to influence at an executive level both internally and externally

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$137,000.00 - $233,000.00
