THE ROLE

This is a consultative B2B sales role where no two projects are the same. You'll be working with business clients across Europe, understanding their brand, their vision, and their space — and translating that into a custom signage solution they'll love. You'll manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, supported by an expert internal team who handle design and production.

The product is complex, the clients are sophisticated, and the conversations are genuinely interesting. This is not a transactional role — it rewards people who can listen, advise, and build real relationships over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Close qualified leads and consistently hit your sales targets

  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe on custom signage projects — understanding their needs, advising on solutions, and guiding them to a decision

  • Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies that lead to repeat business and referrals

  • Work with discipline in the CRM — keep your pipeline clean, your follow-ups tight, and your reporting accurate

  • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations are set correctly from day one

  • Continuously develop your sales craft through training, coaching, and feedback

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a genuine passion for selling — not just going through the motions

  • German at native level — this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role

  • Good English for internal communication

  • Strong communication and empathy — you can read a client, adapt your approach, and make complex things feel simple

  • Discipline and structure — you keep on top of your pipeline, understand the process, and don't let things fall through the cracks

  • A hunter mindset — you go looking for the close, you don't wait for it to come to you

  • Interest in technical products and an ability to get comfortable with complexity quickly
