This role will serve as a senior analytical leader within the program, responsible for driving business requirements, end-to-end process redesign, data insights, and analytical solutions that modernize legacy processes and enable automation, AI-driven capabilities, and a modern technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large-scale organizations
- Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, automation, or data/AI-enabled capabilities
- Strong background in financial workflow processes, operational analytics, and cross-functional business engagement
- Experience working with global teams
- Expertise in business requirements documentation, process mapping, and workflow design
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms) and familiarity with modern data technologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
