We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Senior Analyst – Absence & Leave who brings deep expertise, curiosity, and care to the way we support employees through time away from work. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted subject matter expert, ensuring accurate, compliant, and employee-centered absence and leave programs while continuously improving how our systems and processes work together.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience supporting absence and leave programs in a large, complex organization
- Hands-on experience with Workday Absence, including configuration, eligibility logic, and troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and state paid leave programs
- Proven ability to analyze sensitive data, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment
