Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Program Management Sr Analyst, you will be working with internal matrix partners to maintain custom client relationships and solutions. You will work independently while fully supported by a phenomenal leadership team focused on providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships related to specific pharmaceutical clients and programs
- Research, gather, and analyze data to create a clear picture of needs and potential solutions
- Manage client escalations as needed
- Present data externally with an ability to communicate to all levels
- Collaborate with other key areas of the business
- Complete day-to-day Business Operations tasks without immediate supervision, but have ready access to advice from more experienced team members
- Identify ways to streamline operational procedures between or within department
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ yrs healthcare or pharmacy related experience preferred
- 2+ yrs client management preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and support multiple projects while meeting deliverables preferred
- Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft office applications required
- Ability to create excel documents, manipulate and analyze data and present solutions required
- Strong forward planning mentality including awareness and anticipation of needs/issues preferred
- Exceptional Communication skills, with both internal and external business partners preferred
- Flexible and agile, ability to pivot based on market demands preferred
- Independent worker with strong problem solving skills preferred
- Eager to learn and proactive in expanding end to end knowledge preferred
We expect the shift for this role will be Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST, with some flexibility.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 51,200 - 85,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
